Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive Location:

Indore / Bhopal / Sehore (On-site)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, and guiding candidates/customers through our services.

Key Responsibilities:
Make 50–100 calls per day to potential candidates/customers
Explain company services clearly (job opportunities / consultancy services)
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Maintain proper follow-up with interested candidates
Update call records and lead status in CRM/Excel
Convert leads into paid registrations / appointments
Build strong relationships with clients over calls

Requirements:
Positive communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
Confident and persuasive speaking ability
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Freshers & experienced both can apply
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated





Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on performance)

Qualification:
Minimum 10th Pass
Graduation preferred (not mandatory)
