Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced QS Billing Engineer – Civil with mandatory experience in Mivan/Aluminium Formwork (high-rise projects). The candidate will be responsible for billing, quantity estimation, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process RA bills, final bills, and client billing
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings (AutoCAD / GFC)
Handle BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and reconciliation
Verify contractor bills as per actual site work and measurements
Maintain measurement books (MB), billing records, and reports
Track project cost, variations, and extra items
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project team
Ensure timely billing as per project progress and contract terJob Description:

Eligibility (Strictly Mandatory):
B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering only
Mandatory experience in Mivan / Aluminium Formwork (high-rise buildings)
Candidates without Mivan experience will not be considered

Requirements:
3–8 years of experience in QS / Billing in construction projects
Solid knowledge of BOQ, measurement, rate analysis, and billing process
Positive command on AutoCAD and MS Excel
Experience in high-rise residential projects preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
