Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process (FinTech)

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound voice support.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
Deliver accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with a high level of fluency.
Explicit pronunciation and strong grammar skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Work Schedule
5 working days per week




9.5-hour shift (including 8.5 hours of login time)
Rotational shifts and weekly off

Salary
Freshers: ₹28,000 CTC per month + Performance-Linked Incentive (PLI) of ₹2,000
Experienced: Up to ₹43,000 CTC per month + Performance-Linked Incentive (PLI) of ₹2,000 (based on relevant experience and interview performance)

One-way travel ticket
Hotel accommodation for up to 10 days
Relocation bonus after successful completion of 3 months of employment
