We are looking for a agile and customer-focused F&B; Service GSA to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service while ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately
Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
Handle guest requests and resolve basic complaints professionally
Follow company service standards and grooming policies
Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant/hotel service preferred
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team spirit
Ability to work adaptable shifts
Basic English communication required
Well-groomed and customer-oriented personality
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
