Role & Responsibilities:
Deliver theory and practical training in Electrical & Solar PV systems
Train candidates on wiring, installation, maintenance, and safety
Conduct hands-on sessions, assessments, and demonstrations
Maintain training records and ensure safety compliance
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
Teaching/training experience preferred
Solar/renewable energy knowledge is an added advantage
Skills:
Strong technical and practical knowledge
Positive communication skills
Willingness to travel as per training needs
Willing to relocate in Odisha
Freshers who are ready to teach are also welcome.
