The Medical Officer is responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients at Cadabams Hospitals, with a focus on mental health and allied conditions. The role involves patient assessment, treatment planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed medical assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations
Assist consultants in diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing patient management
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
Handle medical emergencies and provide timely interventions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
Prescribe medications in accordance with established protocols
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and nursing staff for holistic care
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and legal requirements
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and recovery process
Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings

Qualifications & Requirements:
MBBS (mandatory); additional certifications in psychiatry or emergency medicine preferred
Valid Medical Council Registration




0–3 years of clinical experience (freshers with internship experience can also apply)
Experience in mental health or rehabilitation settings is an added advantage
