Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our wellness center. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, experience in team management, customer service, sales, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the spa and ensure exceptional customer service.
Supervise and lead the spa team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, stock, and cash management.
Ensure smooth opening and closing of daily operations.
Conduct regular staff meetings and maintain a positive work setting.
Develop and implement customer retention and service improvement initiatives.




Coordinate housekeeping and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Support marketing activities and business growth initiatives.
Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, Hospitality, Retail, Hotel, or BPO industries.
Prior experience in the wellness industry will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage sales, operations, and team performance effectively.
