Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Engineer / Business Development Engineer to join our Industrial Automation team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing techno-commercial offers, and coordinating with customers from enquiry to order finalization.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in Industrial Automation.
Identify potential customers and develop long-term business relationships.
Handle customer enquiries and RFQs.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the engineering team.
Conduct customer meetings and technical discussions.
Follow up for quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
Maintain robust relationships with OEMs, End Users, and System Integrators.
Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams for project execution.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and business forecasts.
Attend exhibitions, seminars, and customer visits.
Support payment follow-up and customer satisfaction activities.
Maintain CRM and customer database.

Ability to prepare professional quotations and proposals.
Willingness to travel across India for customer meetings.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or Mechatronics.

Experience
1–5 Years in Industrial Automation Sales / Business Development.
Freshers with good communication skills and automation knowledge may also apply.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Additional Requirements
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Valid driving license preferred.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
