We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with strong skills in lead generation, customer relationship management, negotiation, and sales follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
Reconnect and recover lost/inactive clients.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and dealers.
Handle follow-ups, quotations, orders, and repeat business.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain customer/lead records and prepare sales reports.
Support the team in achieving sales targets.
Required Skills: Valuable communication, negotiation, convincing ability, lead generation, customer handling, follow-up, and basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
Preferred: Experience in Paints, Chemicals, FMCG, Manufacturing, or B2B Sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
