Role Summary:The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting hospital services, building doctor referrals, corporate tie-ups, and increasing patient footfall across all specialties. The role requires robust communication, field work, and relationship management skills.Key Responsibilities:1. Doctor & Referral ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with local clinics, GPs, and consultants for patient referralsRegular hospital visits, meets, and CME coordinationEnsure feedback collection and address referral concerns2. Corporate & TPA Tie-upsIdentify and onboard current corporate companies, insurance companies, and TPAsCoordinate with HR teams for health checkup camps and OPD tie-upsMaintain existing MOUs and ensure smooth coordination3. Community & Field MarketingOrganize health camps, awareness programs, and OPDs in apartments, corporates,



and societiesDistribute brochures, standees, and branding material in target areasPromote specialty packages like health checkups, maternity, orthopedics, etc.4. Digital & Brand MarketingSupport social media, WhatsApp campaigns, and Google My Business updatesCoordinate with agency for creatives, hospital events, and patient testimonialsTrack and report campaign performance5. ReportingDaily activity report, weekly footfall & revenue reportMaintain database of doctors, corporates, and leadsCompetitor analysis and market feedback

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
