Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of web and mobile applications.
Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Design scalable system architecture and databases.
Manage project planning, sprint execution, and delivery timelines.
Review code and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Mentor software developers and provide technical guidance.
Coordinate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
Participate in architecture decisions and technology selection.
Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
Manage deployments, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes.

5+ years in software development.
2+ years leading development teams.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
