Business Development Executive (Sales Executive) – Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other assigned channels.
Conduct consultations to understand prospective clients' fitness goals and recommend suitable 6AM CLUB programs.
Present and explain program features, pricing, offers, and payment options.
Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across all communication channels.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients to improve customer satisfaction and referrals.
Coordinate with the CRM, coaching, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for current clients.




Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales reports, and performance updates to the reporting manager.
Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and skill development programs organized by the company.
Identify current business opportunities, partnerships, and referral sources to expand the company's customer base.
Represent the company's values and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Contribute to achieving the overall revenue and business growth objectives of 6AM CLUB.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
