Job Title: Business Development Executive (E-commerce)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to handle customer and vendor calls for our marketplace platform. Candidates with experience in E-commerce, Seller Support, Vendor Onboarding, or Telecalling will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries related to orders, returns, and services.
Contact and onboard current vendors/sellers.
Explain platform features and onboarding process.
Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
Achieve daily calling and onboarding targets.

Required Skills
1–3 years of Telecalling or Customer Support experience.




Experience in E-commerce or Marketplace is mandatory.
Vendor onboarding or seller support experience preferred.
Positive communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
