We require a dedicated IT skilled who can take ownership of day-to-day IT infrastructure management, systems administration, maintenance, security, and end-user support. The key responsibilities of this role will include:
LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN, and overall network infrastructure management
Firewall configuration, monitoring, and maintenance
Microsoft 365 administration, including user management, licensing, email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and access control
CCTV systems, NVR/DVR administration, and related infrastructure support
Tally software administration and technical support
Cloud platforms and SaaS application management
Windows operating systems, desktops, laptops, printers, and IT hardware support
IT asset inventory management, installation, configuration, and maintenance
Backup, recovery, and business continuity systems
IT infrastructure monitoring and preventive maintenance
Troubleshooting and resolution of system and network issues
Vendor management and AMC coordination




Employee onboarding, offboarding, and IT access management
IT documentation, system configurations, and infrastructure records maintenance
IT security compliance and infrastructure best practices

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive, and technically robust individual who can independently manage and troubleshoot the above infrastructure while effectively coordinating with vendors and escalating specialized issues when required. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in system administration, networking, IT infrastructure management, Microsoft 365 administration, and Google Workspace administration. Practical hands-on experience and problem-solving ability will be given preference over certifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
