About the Role
We are seeking a agile and experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives in the Stock Market / Broking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, managing digital marketing activities, and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing or Any Graduate.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Stock Market / Broking industry.
Strong communication, leadership, and marketing skills.
Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, including Social Media, SEO, and Google Ads.
NISM Certification or Digital Marketing Certification will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Generate quality leads and promote financial products and services.
Manage digital marketing activities, including Social Media, SEO, and Google Ads.
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Develop branding strategies to increase market presence and customer engagement.
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports for management.
Organize promotional events, seminars, and marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure all marketing activities align with company goals and compliance standards.
