Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options.
Handle student and parent queries professionally.
Make calls and follow up with interested students.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
Guide and motivate students to complete the admission process.
Handle walk-in students and phone enquiries.
Maintain student records and follow-up details.
Achieve daily calling and counselling targets.
Coordinate with the admission team for a smooth admission process.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive command of Hindi and English.
Confident, energetic, and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
