Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Team Leader to lead, guide, and support a team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve targets.
Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks and deliverables.
Track team performance and ensure productivity.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Resolve team issues and handle escalations effectively.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Identify training needs and support employee development.
Coordinate with management to achieve organizational goals.




Maintain discipline and a positive work environment.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Positive organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with excellent leadership skills may also apply)

Location: Bangalore

Salary: As per company standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹1,718,131.63 per month
