About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video & Post Editor to join our marketing team. You'll be responsible for editing engaging video content and eye-catching static/graphic posts for our social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), helping us tell our brand story and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, ad creatives) using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
Design static and carousel posts, banners, and graphics for social media using Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator
Add captions, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music to enhance video content
Collaborate with the content/marketing team to understand campaign briefs and translate ideas into visual content
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips for different platforms
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines (tone, colors, fonts, logo usage)
Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and editing styles (memes, trending audio, reels formats, etc.)




Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and content libraries
Deliver content within tight turnaround times to match posting schedules
Track content performance metrics and iterate based on feedback/analytics

Requirements
Proven experience in video editing and graphic design (portfolio/reel required)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; familiarity with CapCut/Canva is a plus
Strong understanding of social media platform specs (aspect ratios, durations, formats for Instagram/YouTube/LinkedIn/Facebook)
Positive sense of storytelling, pacing, typography, and visual composition
Basic knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and creative eye for trends
Valuable communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have
Knowledge of SEO/social media best practices for video content
Photography or videography skills (shooting raw footage)
Familiarity with AI editing/design tools

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
