Admissions Counsellor – Aura Toddlers

About the Role

Aura Toddlers is looking for a warm, confident, and target-oriented Admissions Counsellor to manage parent enquiries, centre visits, follow-ups, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
Understand parents’ requirements and explain Aura Toddlers’ programs, curriculum, and offerings.
Schedule and conduct centre visits and parent interactions.
Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate lead and admissions records.
Meet monthly enquiry, conversion, and admission targets.
Coordinate with the academic and centre teams for smooth onboarding.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing parents.
Support admission campaigns, events, workshops, and open houses.
Prepare regular reports on enquiries, conversions, follow-ups, and admissions.




Ensure a positive and professional parent experience throughout the admission journey.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, customer relationship management, or education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable speaking with parents and handling objections.
Valuable follow-up and lead management skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic CRM tools.
Experience in preschool, education, childcare, or activity centres will be an advantage.
