About the Role

Dr. Joshi’s Holistic Healthcare & Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand our healthcare services across B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate, qualify, and convert business leads into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporates, and other healthcare partners.
- Identify new business prospects and expansion markets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast sales trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Maintain customer data, sales pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.
- Attend exhibitions, healthcare events, seminars,



and networking programs to promote the organization's services.
- Travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.

Preferred Candidate
3–7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Healthcare Sales.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
MBA is an added advantage.
