Educational Qualifications
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from a recognized institution.

Qualified Experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hospital pharmacy management.
Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relationship management.
Comprehensive knowledge of NABH standards, regulatory requirements, and pharmacy operations.
Proven leadership experience in managing and developing pharmacy teams.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight and management of all Pharmacy Department operations.
Ensure the continuous availability of medicines, pharmaceuticals, and medical consumables.
Lead procurement activities, inventory control, stock monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives.
Establish and maintain solid skilled relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure adherence to NABH standards,



statutory regulations, and organizational policies.
Oversee medication safety, storage, dispensing practices, and quality assurance programs.
Supervise, mentor, train, and evaluate pharmacy personnel to maintain high performance standards.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Prepare and present departmental reports, audit findings, and key performance indicators.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and patient care outcomes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
