We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with hands-on experience in preparing working drawings and MCGM submission drawings for redevelopment projects in Mumbai. The candidate should be well-versed in AutoCAD and capable of coordinating closely with architects, consultants, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Working Drawings & Detailing
Prepare detailed architectural working drawings (GFC drawings)
Develop layout plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and site-execution feasibility of drawings
MCGM Submission Drawings
Prepare submission drawings as per MCGM requirements
Assist in preparation of IOD, CC, and amendment drawings
Incorporate corrections as per approval comments
Coordination
Coordinate with architects, RCC consultants, MEP consultants, and liaison teams
Update drawings based on consultant inputs and site requirements
Maintain drawing revisions and version control
Site Support
Assist site team with clarification drawings and modifications
Prepare as-built drawings based on site changes
Visit site when required to understand execution issues
Documentation
Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions
Ensure proper filing and drawing issue tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / ITI in Draftsmanship or equivalent
5–10 years of relevant experience (preferably in Mumbai redevelopment projects)
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
Working knowledge of MCGM submission norms
Basic understanding of building construction and detailing
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
