About the Role
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, feedback calls, complaint registration, and customer records. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining qualified communication with customers and ensuring their queries and complaints are properly recorded and coordinated for resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound feedback calls to customers to understand their experience and satisfaction.
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to their queries professionally.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information or coordinate with the concerned department.
Register and maintain records of customer complaints and service requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer calls, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups.
Conduct timely follow-ups with customers regarding complaints and pending issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of customer complaints and queries.
Maintain daily call reports and update customer-related data regularly.
Escalate unresolved or critical customer issues to the concerned senior/department.
Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of customer complaints.
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.
Perform other customer support and telecalling activities as assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to maintain records and prepare basic reports.
