Job Title: Sales Head – Food Production & Distribution (Pork Division)
Location:Bangalore / Karnataka
Department:Sales & Business Development
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Head to build and scale our pork products sales across HORECA, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, managing a sales team, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Robust experience in FMCG / meat (Pork) / frozen food / food distribution sales preferred
Solid network in HORECA or food retail industry (preferred)
Experience in field sales and distributor management
Ability to manage team and devise strategies to achieve sales
Positive negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational workplace
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
