Qualification
LL.B. from a reputed university.
1–2 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably property-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Draft legal notices, pleadings, title search reports, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
Handle civil suits, particularly property matters.
Prepare case synopses and recommendations for prospective clients.
Send fortnightly case updates and maintain regular client communication.
Coordinate with external lawyers and follow up on listed matters.
Organize legal files, maintain case worksheets, invoices, and courier records.
Prepare a monthly presentation or video on the firm's services.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), Limitation Act, Rent Acts, and allied laws.
Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
Exceptional written and spoken English communication.
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
