Responsibilities:

Strategic

● Prepare monthly marketing strategy.

● Set revenue and lead targets.

● Manage online + offline marketing.

● Identify recent catchment areas.

● Develop doctor referral network.

● Develop corporate/insurance/institutional relationships.

Team Management

● Manage marketing executives and telecallers.

● Allocate territories.

● Monitor daily visits/calls.

● Conduct weekly performance reviews.

● Set individual KPIs.

Business Development

● Doctor referral programs.

● Corporate tie-ups.

● Diagnostic centre partnerships.

● Health camps.

● Institutional relationships.

● Community outreach.

Digital

● Coordinate Google/Meta campaigns.

● Monitor CPL, conversion and ROAS.

● Coordinate SEO/social media/content.

● Ensure leads are properly followed up.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
