Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding UG, PG, Diploma, and Certification programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide students through the admission process.
Understand students' educational and career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
Convert enquiries into successful admissions by providing accurate course information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Update student records and follow-up details in the CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Stay updated on courses, universities, and admission policies.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
