We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Malayalam Sales Callers to engage with customers, promote our events, and convert inquiries into registrations.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and existing leads.
Explain BeastDrive events, packages, offers, and the registration process in Malayalam.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful registrations.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/call logs.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must be fluent in Malayalam and have positive communication skills in English.
Solid communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
