Payroll Expert – Job Description

We are hiring a Payroll Expert with strong experience in managing end-to-end payroll operations for 1500+ employees using Keka HR. Candidate must have hands-on expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HRMS operations in IT/KPO/LPO/BPO industries.

Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll for 1500+ employees through Keka HRMS
Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, bonus, gratuity, and statutory compliance
Process attendance, leave, reimbursements, incentives, and full & final settlements
Ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary disbursement
Maintain payroll reports, MIS, and employee records
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and auditors for compliance and payroll audits
Resolve payroll-related employee queries efficiently

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience in Keka Payroll Software
Knowledge of PF, ESI, labor laws, payroll taxation, and compliance
Excellent Excel and reporting skills
Experience handling large workforce payroll operations
Positive communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹269,485.55 - ₹983,498.99 per year
