We are hiring an Amazon Account Manager to handle day-to-day marketplace operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage Amazon seller account operations
Listing creation, updates, and catalog management
Handle orders, returns, and customer-related issues
Monitor account health and policy compliance
Coordinate installation/service support with customers
Work on Excel reports and data management
Follow up on tickets, escalations, and operational issues
Manage inventory-related coordination when required
Requirements:
Positive knowledge of Excel
Valuable English communication skills
Responsible and able to handle tasks independently
Basic experience in Amazon/E-commerce preferred
