Assist the Nursing Superintendent in managing daily nursing operations.
Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.
Prepare and monitor duty rosters and staffing schedules.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and nursing protocols.
Monitor patient safety, infection control, and quality improvement activities.
Coordinate with doctors, department heads, and other healthcare specialists.
Conduct orientation, training, and performance evaluations for nursing staff.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of nursing records.
Monitor the availability of medicines, equipment, and nursing supplies.
Handle patient complaints and resolve nursing-related issues promptly.
Conduct regular ward rounds to ensure nursing standards are maintained.
Support recruitment, induction, and retention of nursing personnel.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Assist during medical emergencies and disaster management activities.
Prepare nursing reports, audits, and monthly performance records.
Promote teamwork, discipline, and continuous career development among nursing staff.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
