Job Summary:

Responsible for leading and managing end-to-end catering operations, ensuring smooth execution of events, high-quality food and service standards, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall catering operations, including events, banquets, outdoor catering, and institutional catering
Plan and manage catering events from pre-event preparation to execution and closure
Coordinate with Chefs, Service, Purchase, Stores, Logistics, and Event teams
Manage manpower planning, staff allocation, training, and performance
Ensure food quality, hygiene, presentation, and service standards
Manage catering budgets, food costs, manpower costs, and operational expenses
Coordinate with clients and handle special requirements, feedback, and complaints
Monitor inventory, procurement, transportation, and equipment requirements
Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
Monitor revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs




Prepare MIS reports and provide regular performance updates to management

Skills Required:
Solid leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of catering and F&B; operations
Event planning and execution expertise
Strong client relationship and communication skills
Budgeting, costing, and inventory management knowledge
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

Qualification & Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Catering Management
10–18 years of experience in catering/F&B; operations
Minimum 5 years in a senior operations/leadership role

Preferred Experience:
Experience in banquet catering, outdoor catering, corporate catering, wedding catering, institutional catering, or large-scale events
Experience handling high-volume operations and large teams
Solid vendor and client management experience

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
