We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage (F&B;) Trainer to deliver classroom and practical training in food service operations. The ideal candidate should have industry experience, solid communication skills, and a passion for developing trainees for hospitality careers.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver theory and practical training in F&B; service.
Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
Conduct assessments and monitor trainee progress.
Demonstrate food service standards, customer service, and hygiene practices.
Maintain training records and practical lab equipment.
Coordinate with the Centre Head and placement team.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in hospitality or F&B; training.
Positive knowledge of food service operations, customer service, food safety, and hospitality standards.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
