Job Description:

Algoocean Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The candidate should have robust communication skills and hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through various platforms and outreach methods
Handle B2B sales activities and connect with potential clients
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups with prospects
Build and maintain solid client relationships
Understand client requirements and explain company services effectively




Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and business goals

Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in B2B Sales
Lead Generation & Client Outreach
Cold Calling and Follow-ups
Negotiation and Convincing Skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
