Educational Qualification:
M.E/M.Tech in Civil Engineering from recognized University or Institution is mandatory.
Minimum Qualification Experience:
Should have a minimum of 15 years experience in Civil Engineering Works (after completion of graduation) out of which 10 years in the field of contract administration, program management and implementation of highway programs, is mandatory.
As a team leader, the candidate should have the experience as a team leader of at least three programs.
Experience in programs financed by multilateral development banks such as ADB or other donor agencies will be prefereable.
