Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Checker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection within the Plastic Moulding Manufacturing industry and be capable of ensuring that raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process (WIP), and finished products.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Identify defects and report quality issues to the production team.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments.
Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and documentation.
Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures.
Coordinate with production teams to improve product quality.
Monitor calibration of measuring instruments.




Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a Quality Checker, QC Executive, Quality Inspector, or similar role in the Plastic Moulding Manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.
Experience using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Go/No-Go Gauges.
Basic understanding of CAPA, NCR, and root cause analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, or a related field.
Certification in Quality Control or ISO Internal Auditor will be an added advantage.
