Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Build reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS.
Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
Integrate third-party and internal REST APIs.
Develop and maintain secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Build and enhance User Dashboards, Recruiter Dashboards, and Admin Panels.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and follow Git-based version control best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
Robust proficiency in React.js.
Hands-on experience with Next.js.
Solid knowledge of TypeScript.
Experience with Node.js backend development.
Expertise in Tailwind CSS.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL database design and queries.
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
Experience building responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces.
Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, session-based authentication).
Knowledge of frontend performance optimization and backend best practices.
