Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining company products/services, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Excellent communication skills
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a quick-paced workplace.
