Qualification
Any Degree
Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam
Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage
Experience
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, recruitment, or a similar role
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates and explain available job opportunities.
Handle incoming calls and respond to candidate inquiries professionally.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and collect relevant details.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, medicals, and other recruitment procedures.
Maintain accurate candidate information and call records.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate follow-ups and updates.
Build and maintain good relationships with candidates.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and skilled telephone manner.
Ability to convince and engage candidates effectively.
Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and MS Office.
Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to work in a team.
Starting Salary : 10,000.00 INR
