Dainmart India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and passionate Footwear Designer to join our growing team. If you have a strong understanding of footwear trends, materials, construction, and consumer preferences, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Design innovative footwear collections for men, women, and kids.
Research global fashion and footwear trends.
Develop sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs.
Select materials, colors, trims, and components.
Work closely with product development and manufacturing teams.
Create prototypes and review samples for quality and fit.
Improve designs based on testing and market feedback.
Ensure products meet brand, quality, and cost objectives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, Leather Design, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in footwear design (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.




Knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
Experience designing sports, casual, lifestyle, or fashion footwear.
Understanding of sustainable materials and manufacturing.
Knowledge of international footwear trends and consumer behavior.
Experience working with factories or sourcing teams.
