The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing protected, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients visiting the wellness clinic. The role includes patient assessment, assisting physicians during consultations and procedures, administering treatments, maintaining clinical records, ensuring infection control, and promoting preventive healthcare and wellness programs.
Key Responsibilities Client Care
Assess patients' vital signs and medical history.
Provide nursing care according to clinic protocols.
Administer medications, injections, vaccinations, IV therapies, and other prescribed treatments.
Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid or basic life support when required.
Clinical Support
Assist physicians during consultations, minor procedures, and health screenings.
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all required equipment is available.
Collect blood and other specimens for laboratory investigations.
Perform wound dressing and basic nursing procedures.
