Generate current business for Third Party (Contract Manufacturing) services.
Identify and develop new clients across India requiring pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Handle customer inquiries regarding product development, manufacturing, packaging, pricing, and delivery.
Prepare and share quotations, product lists, and manufacturing proposals with clients.
Coordinate with production, purchase, QA/QC, regulatory, and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain robust relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and order quantities with customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate for artwork approvals, packaging material, and product specifications with clients.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain outstanding accounts within approved limits.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, quotations,



orders, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate internally for quick resolution.
Generate leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, online portals, and other digital platforms.
Participate in pharmaceutical exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings when required.
Ensure complete documentation for third-party manufacturing orders and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with the regulatory department for product permissions, approvals, and documentation required by clients.
Build long-term business relationships and identify opportunities for expanding the product portfolio with existing customers.
Perform any other sales and business development activities assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹15,812.08 - ₹33,761.90 per month
