SERVICE ADVISOR – EICHERJob Responsibilities
Receive customers and understand their vehicle complaints.
Prepare job cards and record customer requirements accurately.
Inspect vehicles and identify service/repair requirements.
Explain repair work, estimates, and delivery time to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress.
Obtain customer approval for additional jobs.
Coordinate with Parts Department for required spare parts.
Ensure all complaints are attended to before delivery.
Explain completed work and invoice details to the customer.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow Eicher service procedures, safety, and quality standards.

Qualification & Skills
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical preferred.
Basic knowledge of commercial vehicles.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
