About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Accountant for one of our clients in the manufacturing sector based in Shamshabad, Hyderabad. This role requires hands-on experience in financial reporting along with the ability to manage and guide a team of junior accountants.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, and statutory regulations
Supervise and mentor a team of Junior Accountants
Handle MIS reporting and support management with financial insights
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits




Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or similar industries
Solid knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
Prior experience in team handling
Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
