Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works
Attend breakdown complaints and ensure quick resolution
Maintain and monitor hospital equipment and utilities (DG sets, UPS, AC units, etc.)
Assist Biomedical Engineer in minor repairs of medical equipment
Ensure proper functioning of lighting, water supply, and sanitation systems
Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule
Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with safety and hospital protocols
Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and AMC services
Support emergency situations (power failure, equipment breakdown, etc.)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
