Job Description :
Create content for social media, digital campaigns, and YouTube
Collaborate with the marketing team on concepts, visual direction, and execution
Ensure consistency in visual quality, storytelling, and post-production You will be responsible for shooting and editing video content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and digital advertising. This includes short-form content like reels and ads, as well as long-format videos such as podcasts, interviews, testimonials, masterclasses, and on- events.
Solid grip on cinematography fundamentals — framing, composition, lighting setups
Comfort handling both DSLR/mirrorless cameras and gimbals
Solid editing chops in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci / Adobe Phoshop
Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and basic VFX
A sense of pacing and rhythm
Prior work with creators, personal brands preferable




An eye for trends — knows what's working on Instagram Reels and YouTube right now
Proven experience in videography and video editing
Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, ads, reels, and brand campaigns
Add music, sound effects, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance content

Bonus points:
Experience shooting Instagram-first content (vertical, hook-driven)
Color grading skills
Sound design instincts
Can direct talent on camera

Required Skills:
Knowledge of Sony cameras
Experience using gimbal and skilled lights
Good understanding of Lightroom editing
Basic knowledge of social media content creation

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
