Roles and Responsibilities
Create, modify, and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from BIM models.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure accurate model development.
Perform clash detection and model coordination activities.
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, workflows, and client requirements.
Update models based on design changes and project revisions.
Generate schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models.
Participate in project review meetings and provide technical support related to BIM/Revit.
Maintain model quality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
Robust knowledge of BIM standards, modeling techniques,



and documentation processes.
Experience in Architectural, Structural, or MEP modeling.
Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
Valuable understanding of construction methodologies and building systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, or related BIM software.
Knowledge of clash detection, coordination, and model review processes.
Familiarity with international drafting and BIM standards.
Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
