Analysis and Solution Design
Partner with functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure enhancement and integration requirements are fully defined and documented.
Assist in identifying and documenting data migration requirements.
Review business and functional requirements to assess technical feasibility and recommend solution approaches.
Collaborate with solution architects and project teams to evaluate gaps and define high-level and detailed technical designs.
Provide effort estimates for enhancements, integrations, and technical development activities.
Understand and support key system performance requirements.
Development
Independently design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports within D365 F&O.;
Prepare detailed technical design documentation prior to development.
Follow established development standards, best practices, and quality expectations.
Support setting management, code migration, build processes,
and deployment activities.
Contribute to go-live planning and technical deployment strategy.
Testing, Deployment, and Support
Perform unit testing to ensure developed solutions meet quality standards before delivery.
Troubleshoot issues, execute application traces, and perform performance tuning as needed.
Support execution of deployment and go-live activities.
Provide post-go-live support to ensure system stability, issue resolution, and successful adoption of new processes.
Leadership and Collaboration
Lead or manage assigned technical workstreams.
Mentor junior team members and support team development.
Foster a team-oriented, solution-oriented, and service-focused team workplace.
Perform other related duties as needed.
