The Principal is the chief academic and administrative leader of the Management Studies College, responsible for providing strategic direction, maintaining academic excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering industry-oriented management education. The role involves leadership in academics, administration, faculty development, student success, placements, and institutional growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership
Provide vision and leadership for academic planning and execution.
Ensure high standards in teaching, learning, research, and student development.
Monitor curriculum implementation as per university/AICTE guidelines.
Promote outcome-based education and creative teaching methodologies.
Encourage research publications, seminars, FDPs, and industry collaborations.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
