B2B Campus, Mohali is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about the education sector and want to build a career in student counselling and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and admission opportunities.
Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve counselling and admission targets.
Build strong relationships with students and provide a smooth admission experience.
Requirements
6 months–2 years of experience in education services/admissions/counselling.
Freshers are welcome with excellent communication skills.
Robust interpersonal, convincing, and follow-up skills.
Confident and positive personality.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a career in the education sector.
Basic computer knowledge.
Immediate joiners preferred.
